it used to be them trailing your backside
now it's you lighting up their backsides from the back.
so they'd either sink or swim.
i'd much rather leave the backsides out of the equation
and hold their hands throughout the journey
maybe then they float, if not swim

it was them thinking we were sages
now it's you thinking you are inadequate and unimportant
so it's lose-lose situation
i'd keep the scale even
because there is no one right way to teach
maybe then they win, and then we win too.


congratulations on completing your practicals! :) we're about a month away from graduating too! congrats, you guys! feel free to spread the love around coz i've reached my tagging limit :P

p.s: oh and to quote arshad, human based evaluation IS flawed. colleagues in school shared that even 30 yrs down the road, you will still not get it right. not very optimistic i know... but hey..just being practical! so, dont worry.. be happy :) mwahs

yep! prac's over... i am beginning to miss it heaps. Sometimes I wish I can just pause the time but it never happen. I miss my school!!

throughout the 3 months, all of us have learned a lot, through mistakes, through experience and etc. It has been an amazing time..
